The Progress Linked Payment Schedule / Activity Schedule for release of payments to WMC Facilitators has undergone a revision after the WMC Project review undertaken in Year 2000.

The old 6 - Stage payment schedule is applicable for Waste Minimisation Circles 1 - 45 and the new 4 - Stage Progress Linked Payment schedule applicable for WMCs 46 - 100 (with revised budgetary allocations). Provision for release of advance payments is specially made for payments to sectoral / research institutions as per recommendations of the project monitoring and evaluation committee.
